Throughout his career, Tony has led portfolios exceeding $50 million, directed organizations of more than 800 professionals, and guided complex transformation initiatives that delivered tens of millions of dollars in business value. He is known for bridging the gap between executive vision and frontline execution—aligning people, processes, and technology to accelerate outcomes while building sustainable organizational capability.

Tony's leadership philosophy is grounded in servant leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Tony lives in Indiana with his wife, Jennifer, those children who have not yet moved out on their own, and too many pets to mention. An Eagle Scout himself, Tony is a leader in his youngest son’s Boy Scout troop and spends a good deal of time hiking, camping, and fishing with the troop. He is passionate about Italian cooking, good BBQ, and sushi. He and his wife love entertaining friends and family, generally putting out enough food to feed a small army. As they are fond of saying, “Nobody ever leaves our house hungry.”
